Just download the ssc utility (http://mr-1683.v-mirror.spb.ru/download/sscserve.exe)
then install it in your computer, after installation you will be asked
if you want to launch the program. after the program launch you will see
"ink monitor" tab, the you choose the configuration tab where you
choose your printer model. In this case choose epson stylus c4x. While
in this tab you would thick the three option below. Close the window

solve the problem you will right click the program tray(when you close
the program earlier it not close but moved to tray). chose "protection
counter" > "reset protection counter" and there you go, problem
solved!
