HP Color LaserJet 4600 supplies status page

The supplies status page lets you see the amount left for various supplies, including each of the color toners.  To print the supplies status page on a Color LaserJet 4600:

- From the Ready screen, press the Select button (the button with the check mark on it)
- "INFORMATION" will be displayed; press Select again
- Scroll down to "PRINT SUPPLIES STATUS PAGE"
- Press Select

HP Color LaserJet CP4025 supplies status page

To print a supplies status page from the Color LaserJet CP4025:

- Press the down arrow button until "INFORMATION" appears on the screen.

- Press the OK button.

- Press the down arrow button until "PRINT SUPPLIES STATUS PAGE" is displayed.

- Press the OK button.
