To print a user settings list from an IntelliFax 775:

- Press the Reports button
- Press 5 for "User Settings"

Ricoh Fax 1170L system data list

The configuration page on a Ricoh Fax 1170L is called the system data list.  It shows the fax machines total page count, firmware version, and system settings, among other things.  To print the system data list:

- Press the Menu button
- Press 6 for "Reports"
- Scroll to the right or left until "System Data" is displayed
- Press the Enter button
